My name is Gen and I am the creator and artist behind SnowyandCo.

I am a full-time Orthopaedic Surgery Nurse, part-time clinical instructor, part-time entrepreneur, but most importantly, a dog mom to Kylo, Mimi, and Snow (in memoriam). Growing up, I was always drawn to the artistic side of life. I've always wanted to do theatre or even draw, but instead nursing was my calling. This is why I’ve decided to showcase my designs through comfortable healthcare design apparel.

My business name is named after my dog, Snow, who passed away in October 2024 from acute renal failure and anemia at the age of two. I adopted him and his sister Mimi on June 2024 and both have brought so much light, joy, and love to me and my family. He meant the world to me, especially him being the baby of the trio, which is why I wanted to honor his life by my designs.

I started my small business by just making designs and gifting it to my close friends and colleagues at work. Then one day I joined my hospitals 'Makers Market' and my apparel took off from there.
