Processing/Shipping/Exchange

 

♥SnowyandCo strives to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know about how we handle this process♥

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-7 business days

• Under certain circumstances, it may take 7-10 days in which this time period does not include shipping times

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay 

  
  

   

Exchange & Return Policy 

• Because we are a small business we currently DO NOT offer returns at this time only Exchanges

• There is a 7 day exchange policy. The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Apparel is exchangeable if unworn and in the same condition it was received. Size/Styles are also not guaranteed due to stock but we will try our best

Shipping Cost

• Shipping cost for exchanges are NOT covered by SnowyandCo and must be paid by the customer. The customer must pay for the shipping label to exchange item. SnowyandCo will cover the cost of the new item.

 

NON REFUNDABLE

• All products are NON REFUNDABLE. Please refer to exchange policy. 

 

TARIFFS AND DUTIES FEES

SnowyandCo covers as much upfront fees as possible, however, due to unpredictable regulations, this can change without notice. Additional charge may be applied by customs at the time of delivery. Any additional tariffs, duties, or boarder fees at the time of delivery is the customers' responsibility. 

 

                                          

FREE STORE PICKUP

SnowyandCo is currently located in Bradford, Ontario, and we offer Store pick up. Just make sure to select pick up option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7-10days from the time order is ready. Failing to do so will result in your order being refunded (This is the only exception for refund)
